Interactive Webinars – Learning from Case Reviews in Shropshire   

 

We will be sharing the learning from case reviews in Shropshire where there has been significant harm or death. The focus will be hearing the voice of the person. The aim is to identify and share good practice when the adult or child's voice has been heard, and what we can do differently when we haven’t heard their voices.
