A Shropshire and Telford version of an animation ‘Hidden Harms’ originally produced by Dewis Choice and Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board has been tailored to Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin with support from Partners in Care.

Shropshire Council are pleased to share that Shropshire’s Winter Support Service has returned for a fourth year (funded via the ICB’s winter pressures budget) and has gone live!

Shropshire Council is working in partnership with others across the UK to promote the domestic abuse services which can provide support to male victims of domestic abuse on Thursday 2 November to encourage more men to get in contact – and to encourage others to encourage them too.

Telford and Wrekin Safeguarding Partnership, Shropshire Partners in Care and Shropshire Safeguarding Community Partnership are presenting a series of webinars, events, and web resources to mark National Safeguarding Adults Week in November 2023.

This training will enable learners to become competent and confident to deliver multi-agency/multi-disciplinary Safeguarding training, including interactive and engaging techniques for delivery to adult learners.

A video prepared to inform professionals how best to keep children safe and protected in Shropshire
